Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q. I did not receive my confirmation number. Did my order go through?
A. All orders will receive a confirmation number and an email will be sent to your email address.
     If you did not receive either of these, please try your order again.

 

Q. I am receiving an error that says "no current promotion for this school" when I enter my code.
A. Please check that JavaScript is enabled on your computer's internet browser and try again.

 

Q. I am receiving an error or being sent back to the first page when I enter the student fields.
A. Please make sure that your school was supposed to start internet ordering at that date.
     If you were supposed to be able to order, please email website support.

 

Q. I accidentally clicked the submit button twice at the credit card information page.
     Will I be charged for two orders?
A. No, any duplicate orders placed within a short period of time will receive a duplicate
     transaction error and will be discarded.

 

Q. Any other unspecific error...
A. Please make sure that your internet explorer version is current (5.5 or higher) and try
     your order again. If this does not solve your problem, please email website support.

 

Q. I would like to check the internet order totals for a particular student.
     Is there any way I can do that?
A. At this point we are in the process of restructuring our programs to make it possible in the
     future for a representative here to check the status of a students internet orders. We will make the necessary information
     available once this service is in place.

 

Q. I want to help a student with their fundraiser. How can I get into your website?
A. Every school is provided with a code which allows them access to our site at the proper time.
     Contact the school or the student for this code and use it on the homepage under "Profile ID".
