Safety First

Take brochure(s) home to Mom and Dad or guardian and ask them where they want you to sell.
DO NOT SELL TO PEOPLE YOU DO NOT KNOW. Show your brochure to people you do know.
People like your parents, relatives, neighbors and friends. Use the telephone to collect orders with
your parents permission. Mom and Dad can help by taking your brochure into work.

 

Be Prepared

• • Have a ball point pen (black only)
• • Do you have permission to participate?
• • Is the information on the order form complete?

Be Polite

• • Smile and make sure your customers know:
  • Who you are.
  • What group you represent.
  • Why you are asking for their help.
  • Smile and say please and thank you - whether they order or not.
  
  
  
  Be Prompt
  
  • • Start right away.
  • • Most people will support the first person who asks.
  • • Turn orders in to your school/organization ON TIME.

 

To Complete Your Successful Order:

1. 1. Make sure everything is easy to read. Check all three copies.
2. 2. Total the dollar amounts across for each customer.
3. 3. Add the individual order for a grand total.
4. 4. Fill in prize earned, if appropriate. If prize is not selected, on will be chosen for you.
